LLC “AMC ‘JIP’” is a member of the Self-Regulatory Organization “Ukrainian Association of Investment Business” and is included in the State Register of Financial Institutions providing financial services on the capital markets (registration number 417 dated March 2, 2005).
LLC “AMC ‘JIP’” carries out its professional activity on the basis of a License for professional activity in the capital markets — asset management of institutional investors (asset management activity), issued by the decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission No. 1473 dated October 28, 2014, valid from December 4, 2014 — without limitation.
LLC “AMC ‘JIP’” has an authorized capital of UAH 13,559,000.00, which complies with the requirements established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
The Company is a professional participant in the capital markets and has practical experience in the field of asset management services for collective investment institutions since 2004.
