The Liquidation Commission of the Non-Diversified Closed-End Venture Mutual Investment Fund “Financial Technologies” (EDRISI Code 233103, hereinafter referred to as the Fund) announces that the General Meeting of Participants of the Limited Liability Company “Asset Management Company ‘Joint Investment Projects’” (legal entity identification code 32547688, hereinafter referred to as the Company), located at: Ukraine, Kyiv, 72 Velyka Vasylkivska Street, 4th floor, office 1, has adopted a decision to terminate the Fund through its liquidation (Protocol No. 30/12/2024 dated December 30, 2024) due to the expiration of the Fund’s term of operation.
The Liquidation Commission has established that creditor claims against LLC “AMC ‘JIP’” in connection with the activities of the NCEIF “Fintech” must be submitted within 2 (two) months from the date of publication of the information regarding the Fund’s liquidation, the procedure, and the deadline for submitting claims, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
Written creditor claims are accepted by the Liquidation Commission on working days at the registered office of LLC “AMC ‘JIP’” (Ukraine, 03150, Kyiv, 72 Velyka Vasylkivska Street, 4th floor, office 1). Such claims must include duly certified copies of documents supporting the claims against the Fund, as well as information on the amount of the claim, specified in monetary terms.
