The Liquidation Commission of the NCEIF “Financial Technologies” announces the loss of a number of original documents, including Prospectuses for the issuance of investment certificates and amendments thereto, approved between 2004 and 2012.

The Liquidation Commission of the Non-Diversified Closed-End Venture Mutual Investment Fund “Financial Technologies” of the Limited Liability Company “Asset Management Company ‘Joint Investment Projects’”, EDRISI code: 233103 (hereinafter – the “Fund”), announces the loss of the following documents:

  • The original copy of the Fund’s Investment Certificate Issuance Prospectus, approved by the General Meeting of Participants, Protocol No. 10 dated 29.12.2004;
  • The original copy of the Amendments to the Fund’s Investment Certificate Issuance Prospectus, approved by the General Meeting of Participants, protocol without number dated 25.04.2006;
  • The original copy of the Amendments to the Fund’s Investment Certificate Issuance Prospectus, approved by the General Meeting of Participants, protocol without number dated 21.07.2006;
  • The original copy of the Amendments to the Fund’s Investment Certificate Issuance Prospectus, approved by the General Meeting of Participants, protocol without number dated 14.09.2006;
  • The original copy of the revised edition of the Fund’s Investment Certificate Issuance Prospectus, approved by the General Meeting of Participants, protocol without number dated 10.11.2008;
  • The original copy of the Amendments to the Fund’s Investment Certificate Issuance Prospectus, approved by the General Meeting of Participants, protocol without number dated 05.03.2009;
  • The original copy of the Amendments to the Fund’s Investment Certificate Issuance Prospectus, approved by the General Meeting of Participants, protocol without number dated 14.05.2009;
  • The original copy of the Amendments to the Fund’s Investment Certificate Issuance Prospectus, approved by the General Meeting of Participants, protocol without number dated 22.06.2009;
  • The original copy of the Amendments to the Fund’s Investment Certificate Issuance Prospectus, approved by the General Meeting of Participants, protocol without number dated 07.10.2009;
  • The original copy of the Amendments to the Fund’s Investment Certificate Issuance Prospectus, approved by the General Meeting of Participants, protocol without number dated 20.10.2009;
  • The original copy of the Amendments to the Fund’s Investment Certificate Issuance Prospectus, approved by the General Meeting of Participants, protocol without number dated 08.12.2009;
  • The original copy of the Amendments to the Fund’s Investment Certificate Issuance Prospectus, approved by the General Meeting of Participants, protocol without number dated 20.01.2010;
  • The original copy of the revised edition of the Fund’s Investment Certificate Issuance Prospectus, approved by the General Meeting of Participants, protocol without number dated 09.06.2010;
  • The original copy of the Amendments to the Fund’s Investment Certificate Issuance Prospectus, approved by the General Meeting of Participants, protocol without number dated 25.06.2012.
