LLC “AMC ‘JIP’” provides a full range of services related to asset management for institutional investors, assuming complete servicing and support of investment fund activities — including legal support, bookkeeping in accordance with international financial reporting standards, preparation and submission of reports to tax authorities, preparation and submission of reports to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), preparation and registration of regulations and prospectuses for the issuance of investment funds with the NSSMC, amendments thereto, formation of assets of collective investment institutions, compliance with asset structure, as well as performing other actions related to the operation of collective investment institutions.
